Fresh off the frame!
This quilt pattern is from Eleanor Burns' book
by the same name. I also used her ruler that comes with the book.My purpose was to practice my freehand skills. I had fun with some feathers in the cream colored corners. Vines and leaves were used in the other areas.
Normally I wouldn't use cream colored thread on dark green fabric but I haven't ordered all the colors of thread I need for the machine. For this quilt, though, it works! I'm looking forward to all the yummy threads headed my way.
